1. Eligibility
Our programs are designed for children and teens. Parents or legal guardians must create and manage accounts for minors. By creating a profile, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the participant.
2. Registration and Account
To access our classes and services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. Game Design Academy is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Class Enrollment and Payments
All class enrollments are subject to availability. Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as listed on our site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a class booking up to 48 hours before the class start time to receive a full or partial refund.
5. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment. Disruptive behavior or violation of our community standards may result in removal from the class or program without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, lesson content, and digital assets provided by Game Design Academy are the intellectual property of Game Design Academy and may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Media Release
Unless you opt out in writing, you grant Game Design Academy the right to use photos, videos, or testimonials featuring your child for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

9. Limitation of Liability
